Michael D. Williams, has been active with the company since its founding in 1991. In 1998, Mr. Williams became President and remains active in the day to day affairs of the firm. Primary responsibilities are: Product development, Market development, Traveling, and Integration with sister companies to NACS. Product Development has included Funds Control/Escrow for: Telecom, Factoring, Working Capital Lines, Employment Contracts, Real Estate, and stand alone Escrow for Construction or Development projects.

Background: 1979 to 1983; graduated Indiana University, BS in Business, 1982-1989; The Aetna Casualty & Surety Company (Bond Manager 1987), 1989-1991; Amwest Insurance Company, Branch Manager, 1991-1998; Vice President, The Fairfield Company. In charge of underwriting as an MGU for multiple surety companies writing bonds throughout the Upper Midwest. Accomplishments include: Eagle Scout BSA, 2007 Graduate of Mpls. FBI Citizens Academy, and is a 2008 Graduate of the St. Louis Park Citizens Police Academy. In addition, Mr. Williams is active in the local community as a Hennepin County Election Chair Judge and is active in the community of Winter, Wisconsin. William J. Nemec, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Corporation, focus is audit control of the Funds Control/Escrow accounts. Mr. Nemec and his staff audit independent of the Escrow Manager the assets under management on a monthly basis. Mr. Nemec was instrumental in setting up an independent three party review process to safeguard the assets under management. In addition, Mr. Nemec is charged with Treasury Management of the company's assets.

Background: 1981-1983; AA in Accounting from Belmont Technical College, Ohio. 1983-1989; The Aetna Casualty & Surety Company (two years in Accounting and five years in Underwriting). 1989-1993; Senior Surety Underwriter for Amwest Insurance Company. 1993-1995; Escrow Manager for North American Construction Services, Inc. 1995-2000; Senior Surety Underwriter for The Fairfield Company, a MGU for multiple surety companies writing bonds throughout the Upper Midwest. 2000 to present; Chief Financial Officer NACS. Michael C. Pecard, Escrow Manager, Charged with oversight of construction escrow accounts and management of the escrow department. Works in conjunction with Sureties and bonding agents nationwide to establish construction escrow accounts. Establishes escrow accounts with NACS' partner banks and works with contractors directly on a daily basis processing checks and maintaining escrow accounts. Active with the company since 2003. James M. Dillenburg, Senior Escrow Specialist, Charged with day-to-day handling and processing of checks for construction escrow accounts. Mr. Dillenburg also sets up each escrow account in NACS' Timberline Accounting System. Other responsibilities include email marketing, oversight of status reports to project owners, and CenterBase client tracking. Active with the company since 2005. Don Zalk, Marketing Manager, Responsibilities involve business development for Funds Control/Escrow across the United States. Charged with territorial conventions including NASBP, IIA, and PIA in various states as well as the newsletter and advertising for NACS. Active with the companies since 2000. Abby Disher, Underwriting Assistant, Responsibilities include the reconciliation of escrow account bank statements as well as accounts receivable tracking. Active with the company since 2008.

Aaron Bruggeman, Assistant Marketing Manager, Responsibilities include marketing, Development of new clientele along with management of current client base and contacts. Duties also include assisting in planning and organization of conventions in various states throughout the US. Active with company since 2008.
